The Superheroine Damage Control is a government organization that cleans the mess after a heroine is defeated badly. In this case they’ll assist her to deliver her unwanted offspring and find new homes for the newcomers. Also helps create cover ups with their families to help the superheroine to keep her secret identity safe while they're recovering.
